What counts as "an event"?
One credit unlocks one event for its entire lifecycle: planning, AI generation, venue search, invites, guest list — everything. You're not metered on AI calls.
Do credits expire?
Yes — credits expire 1 year after the date of purchase. Buying more credits doesn't extend the lifetime of credits you bought earlier; each batch keeps its own 1-year clock.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase — just email support. Used credits are non-refundable.
Can I pay on the iPhone/Android app?
For now, credit purchases happen on the web at partypal.social. Native in-app purchases are coming soon.
