PartyPal is an AI-powered party planning platform that helps you plan the perfect event — from finding venues and vendors to managing guests and budgets, all in one place.

You can plan your first events for free — the AI planner, guest management, vendor browsing, and RSVPs are all included. Once you've used your free events, optional credit packs let you create more whenever you need them.

Simply tell us about your event — type, date, guest count, location, theme, and budget. Our AI generates a custom plan with a checklist, timeline, vendor shortlist, and budget breakdown in seconds.

Absolutely! You can create and manage as many events as you need. Each event has its own dashboard with budget tracking, guest list, and vendor management.

Head to the Guests page from your dashboard. You can add guests manually, send digital invitations, and track RSVPs in real time — including dietary preferences and plus-ones.

PartyPal works for any location! Our AI will generate plans based on your city, and our vendor marketplace is growing across the US with a focus on major metro areas.

Try refreshing the page, or log out and back in. If the event still won't delete, tap the "Feedback" tab above to report it and we'll fix it for you. Deleted events are moved to your Trash and auto-removed after 30 days.

From the Dashboard, tap "+ Create Event" and fill in the basics — event type, date, guest count, location, theme, and budget. Our AI instantly generates a custom plan with a checklist, timeline, vendor shortlist, and budget breakdown.

Open the event from your Dashboard and tap the Edit button on the event header. You can update the date, location, guest count, theme, budget, and more — your AI plan and checklist will adapt automatically.

Open your event and head to the Guests page. You'll find a shareable invite link you can copy and send via text, WhatsApp, or email — or send digital invitations directly from the app. Guests can RSVP without needing to sign up.

Tap Collaborate from your event and invite a co-host by email. They'll get full edit access to the plan, guest list, budget, and vendors — perfect for planning with a partner, family member, or friend.

The Budget page auto-populates with line items from your AI plan. Tap any line item to log actual spend, mark it as paid, or adjust the estimate. The running total updates in real time so you always know where you stand.

Head to the Vendors page and search by category (catering, photography, venues, etc.) and city. Tap any vendor to shortlist them for your event — your shortlist is saved and visible to your co-hosts.

From your event dashboard, tap "Create Poll" to ask guests about dates, themes, dietary preferences, or anything else. Share the poll link and watch responses come in live — no sign-up required for guests to vote.

On the Guests page, tap "Import from Circles" to pull in names from your previous events. Use Select All to grab everyone, or hand-pick the guests you want — saves you from re-typing the same list every time.
