PartyPal vs Evite
Evite sends invitations and tracks RSVPs, with ads on free invites. PartyPal adds the plan: timeline, checklist, budget, vendors and theme.

The short answer
A large catalogue of invitation designs guests already know, free if ads on the invite are fine.
Everything after the invite: what to book, when and for how much, and no ads for guests.
PartyPal is an AI party planner: you describe the party and it writes the timeline, the checklist and the budget, suggests vendors near you, makes a theme moodboard and sends invitations with RSVP tracking. Evite is an online invitation service: you pick a design, send it, and track who is coming.
The difference between PartyPal and Evite is what happens after the invite. Evite stops at the guest list. PartyPal keeps going into the plan: what to book, when, and for how much.

Which one to pick
When Evite is the better pick
Evite is the better pick when the invitation itself is the main event: Evite has a very large catalogue of designs, and many guests already know how an Evite works. A free Evite costs nothing if ads on the invitation are fine.
When PartyPal is the better pick
PartyPal is the better pick when the invite is the easy part and the rest of the party is not. PartyPal writes the checklist with due dates, splits the budget, drafts the quote requests to the caterer and the baker, and keeps the RSVPs, with dietary needs, next to the plan. Guests never see ads.
Already sent your invites on Evite?
A party whose invites went out on Evite can still be planned in PartyPal. Paste the Evite link and PartyPal reads the date, time and place and starts the plan. Tell PartyPal the invitations went out on Evite and it will not ask your guests to answer twice: it plans the party and leaves the RSVPs on Evite.
Common questions
Is Evite free?
Evite’s free designs cost nothing but show ads and gift suggestions to guests. Evite Premium removes the ads for a one-off charge per event, priced by how many guests are invited.
Is PartyPal free?
Every new PartyPal account starts with free events. After those, one credit plans one full party, credits last a year and there is no subscription. Guests never pay and never see ads.
Can I use Evite and PartyPal together?
Evite and PartyPal work together: send the invites on Evite, then paste the Evite link into PartyPal to plan the party. PartyPal leaves the RSVPs on Evite instead of asking guests to answer again.
